The Imperfect Homeschooler

Hello again,

Are you as eager for summer as I am? This year I am really looking forward to taking time out for some R&R! You’ll learn why in “No Homeschooling This Summer.”

Recently I found a terrific cookbook that I think is ideal for busy homeschooling moms. I’ve made several recipes from it that my family has enjoyed a lot. The book is a new twist on bulk cooking, where you make several meals at once. I think the recipes are easier than those in some other bulk cooking books I’ve read. See if you agree: read “A New Bulk Cooking Concept.”

Whether you’ve been homeschooling for a little while or a long time, you may have already begun seeing signs of it: it’s not easy “Living with Homeschool-Induced ADD.”

This year, we at Cardamom Publishers celebrated CP’s 5th birthday with the publication of our new book, The Imperfect Homeschooler’s Guide to Homeschooling. But that’s not all. As we grow, we see more opportunities to encourage homeschoolers. To do this, we’ll be adding some features here and making some changes, too, so keep an eye on this site.

Our newsletter, “The Imperfect Homeschooler,” continues to grow, thanks to its homeschooling articles, links, freebies and, of course, the “What Our Kids Are Missing Out On Dept.” If you’re not a subscriber, just use the form on this page to get your free subscription. Once you confirm your subscription, you’ll receive a free copy of our new special report, “Ten Tips for Coping with Temperamental Teens.” This is a limited time offer, so don’t miss out: sign up now!

 See you later this summer!
